An employee of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan was among the winners of the "Yuksalish" competition

The “Yuksalish” competition was established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev from 26 July 2019 to identify and support promising leaders with high-level intellectual performance and management skills in order to establish a human resources bank in the country.
The “Yuksalish” competition is intended for the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan aged 21-51, with two years of management experience and higher education. The competition consists of five stages - registration, online selection, face-to-face, semi-final and final. 11,760 people took part in the “Yuksalish” competition held in several stages, and 27 out of 112 people who passed to the final stage were selected as the winners at the end of the competition.
Judicial assistant of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan Laman Isbandiyar Gafarzade was also among the winners of the "Yuksalish" competition. Laman Gafarzade received a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at the Baku State University in 2008-2012, a master's degree from the University of Glasgow in the United Kingdom in 2012-2013 and has written a dissertation at the Faculty of Law at the Baku State University in 2017. Having started by founding her own company in 2014, she has been working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Baku State University since September 2016 and since 2017 as a judicial assistant of the Supreme Court.
According to the terms of the competition, the winners will be included in the human resources bank and they will receive a one-year individual development plan and a self-development grant of 20,000 AZN each.
President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ramiz Rzayev met with Laman Gafarzade, congratulated Laman on her achievements and on winning an award and wished her success in her future endeavors.
