The next Plenum session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan chaired by Mr. Ramiz Rzayev took place on 21st of February 2014.
The draft resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan “on experience of the court in considering the cases concerning the private prosecution” was discussed.
At the plenary session, it was decided to submit proposals to the legislative initiative, to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
