The decision of Milli Majlis related to appointment of A.M.Rustamov
as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the part 2 of Article 131, paragraph 10 of part 1 of Article 95 and Article 96 of the Law on “Courts and Judges” and upon to the recommendation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Milli Majlis decides:
1.To appoint Ali Rustamov Mahammad as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2.This decision enters into force upon its signature.
