1993-1997	Studied at the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University.
1997-1999	Received a master's degree on the theory of the political processes at the Institute of Social Management and Political Science and International Relations.
1999-2004	Studied at the Law Faculty of the Baku State University.
Experience
1998-1999	Head of the Press-Service Department of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
1999-2000	Served in the Armed Forces.
2000-2008	Head of the Department of Control over the Execution of Court Decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2008-2010	Judge of the Yasamal District Court.
2010-2013	Judge of the Baku Court of Appeal.
2013-2020	Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 6 August 2013.
2020 present	President of the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
