General information
  Was born in 1956
  By the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 24.12.1998 he was awarded with the medal "For Courage".
  By the decree of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on 26.09.2003 he was awarded with a label badge on "Honorared Worker of the Prosecutor's Office".
  By order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 27.09.2008, he was awarded with Azerbaijani Flag Order.
  By order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus dated 05.06.2014 he was awarded the medal of “90th anniversary of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Belarus
Education
1983 In 1983 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University named after SM Kirov.
Experience
1975-1977 He did military service.
1983-1988 Investigator of the Nizami District Prosecutor's Office of Baku city, senior investigator to the Baku City Prosecutor's Office.
1988-1993 Investigator of special cases under the Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
1993-1998 Head of the Investigation Department of the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
1998-1999 Head of the Department for Supervision over the Execution of Laws in the National Security Bodies and Military Forces.
1999-2001 Specialized military prosecutor.
2001-2007 Head of the Department for Supervision over the Execution of Laws in General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Internal Affairs Bodies during the Investigative, Investigative and Operational Activities.
2004 By the Executive Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on 30.09.2004 was awarded with the highest special rank of state counselor of justice of the third degree.
2007-2017 Chief Prosecutor city of Baku
2017 present From April 25, 2017 the judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan. On 11th July of 2017 he was appointed Head of the Military Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
