1977-1982	In 1977, she entered the law faculty of the Azerbaijan State University named after S.M. Kirov, and graduated from the same University in 1982;
1999-2002	In 1999, she entered the faculty of state and municipal administrative management at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and graduated from the same university in 2002.
Experience
1982-1989	Chief laboratory assistant of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
1989-1991	Senior advisor at the State Arbitration of the Azerbaijan SSR.
1991-1993	State arbitrator of the State Arbitration of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
1993-1995	Judge of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
1995-2007	Judge of the Economic Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2007 present	Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 16 July 2007.
1995-2000	Member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
