Plenary session of the Supreme Court was held under the chairmanship of Ramiz Rzayev on September 30, 2014.
The President of the Supreme Court opened the plenary session and stated that development covering all spheres in our country current year had been continued in the judicial field as well. The President of the Supreme Court talked about the rule of law, transperancy in judiciary and the duties of the courts in protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
Certain civil cases were discussed during the plenary session.
Relevant decisions were adopted regarding the issues discussed during the plenary session.
