Plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan 07.05.2020

        On May 7, 2020, the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan chaired by Ramiz Rzayev was held.

         In the Plenum, the issue of reorganization of the court was discussed and a decision was made on reconsideration of judicial boards of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan and judicial acts that have entered into force on newly discovered cases.

         At the plenary session, judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan Asgarov Chingiz Iskender oglu, Mammadli Bahram Mammad oglu and Garibov Bahman Farhad oglu vowed to administer justice in full accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, impartially and fairly, preserve the independence and dignity of judges and act in the spirit of respect for the name of the supreme judge.

         The new editorial board of the Bulletin of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan was approved in the Plenum.

         The Plenum concluded its work with this.
