Meeting in the Supreme Court
13.03.2014, 12:3513th of March 2012, the delegation with the representatives of the mission on rating the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Convention of UN by Azerbaijan headed by Tanya Santuci met with head of the Board on Criminal Cases Shahin Yusifov.
During the meeting after giving the information about judicial system in Azerbaijan and activity of the Supreme Court head of the Board, brought to the attention of the guests, that in the decisions made by Supreme Court regarding drug trafficking and corruption Court refers to provisions of the UN Convention.
There was exchange of views on the topics of mutual interests.
The head of the board thoroughly answered to the guests’ questions.
