Dear Colleague,

On behalf of the State Council of the Republic of Turkey I express our deep appreciation for the created opportunity to participate in the Conference on "Application of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms at the national level and the role of national judges in this” which was held 23-26 October 2014.  The Conference provided us with a comprehensive ability to communicate and share experiences with colleagues.

Hospitality and a courtesy provided, during the conference by Azerbaijani people is only a small example of their sincerity and generosity, which won the hearts of all the participants and causes utmost admiration for people of your country.

In this regard, in the light of the discussed important problems of the modern world which was the main issues of the agenda of the conference, you have achieved great success and showed a unique preparation, organization and hospitality. Again, I want to thank you personally and everyone in your organization who assisted with the preparation of conference and wish peace and prosperity.

In addition, I hope that the desire to sign a "protocol of cooperation" between the two countries is a new stage development of different areas within our powers that will enable us to fully strengthen and unite our beliefs.
