Gests from Moldova visited the Supreme Court

On July 14, 2010 the delegation headed by Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Dmitry Pulbere have met with Chairman of the Supreme Court, Mr. Ramiz Rzayev. 

During the meeting the chairman of the Supreme Court, Mr. Ramiz Rzayev highlighted the development of cooperation in the judicial sphere of Azerbaijan with the countries of the Union of Independent States. Chairman of the Supreme Court noted the work aimed to improving and modernizing the judicial system of the republic in recent years, spoke about the responsibilities facing the Supreme Court to implement the justice, the rule of law. 

Praising the level of development of business relationship with the UIS countries of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Supreme Court expressed confidence that the visit of Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova in Azerbaijan will develop cooperation between judicial authorities of our countries. 

Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova Mr. Dmitry Pulbere appreciated the importance of bilateral cooperation between our two republics. It was noted that this cooperation will continue in the future. 

On the meeting were discussed topics on a number of issues of mutual interest. 

 Moldovan guests familiarized with the new administrative building of the Supreme Court, with the working conditions of judges, visited the museum of the history of the court and the library. 

At the conclusion of the meeting, the chairman of the Supreme Court expressed his gratitude to the chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova and to the guests for such a significant meeting, for a special interest to the judicial system of the Azerbaijan and wished them success in their future work.
