Head of the Human Rights and Development Department of the Council of Europe, Mikhail Lobov, had the meeting with the President of the Supreme Court Mr.R.Rzayev and discussed cooperation in the new project "Support to initiatives on justice reform in Azerbaijan" funded by the US Department of State's on International Bureau of Narcotics and Law Enforcement.

At the meeting were exchanged views on expanding cooperation.
