A meeting with the delegation headed by the Minister of Justice of Republic Moldova Mr. Alexander Tenase

A meeting with the delegation headed by the Minister of Justice of Republic Moldova Mr. Alexander Tenase took place in the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Republic on November, 17, 2009.
       During this meeting Chairman of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Ramiz Rzayev spoke about the particular attention which was given to extension of judicial-legal cooperation between member states of Commonwealth of Independent States. Chairman of the Supreme Court also spoke about the arrangements on improvement and modernization of judicial-legal system, about duties of the Supreme Court in realization of justice and maintenance of supremacy of law. 
       Mr. Rzayev gave a positive estimation to the development of cooperation relations between the CIS countries, and declared with confidence that visit of the Minister of Justice of Moldova to Azerbaijan would serve the further development of cooperation between judicial bodies and judicial authorities.
       The Minister of Justice of Moldova Mr. Alexander Tenase stated that mutual cooperation between two countries had an important significance. He also noted that the cooperation between two countries would be long-termed.
       Visitors from Moldova familiarized with a new grand building of the Supreme Court, with its historical museum, and with working conditions of judges.
      At the end of the meeting the Chairman of the Supreme Court expressed his gratitude and wished his best regards to the Minister of Justice of Moldova and his delegation for a special attention and interest to judicial bodies of Azerbaijan Republic.
