12th Conference of the International High Administrative Courts Community is underway in Istanbul city of the Republic of Turkey

      Starting from the 3^rd May the 12^th Conference of the International Union of High Administrative Courts is underway in Istanbul city of the Republic of Turkey. By the invitation of  Counsel of State of the Republic of Turkey the delegation represented by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ramiz Rzayev is attending the Conference.

     International Union of High Administrative Courts was found to establish and develop relations between High Administrative Courts and appropriate bodies of the international organizations and to share best practice in the field of administrative law.

     Currently the main issue of the Conference is “Alternative disputes resolution”. At the same time during the Conference it is expected to hold discussions in Commissions on the following topics: “Public sales and purchase, tenders”, “Social services” and “Tax and Economic regulations”.
