Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held under the presidency of Ramiz Rzayev on 30 April 2021.
The draft decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On amendments to some decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan" was discussed and a relevant decision was adopted at the Plenum.
Plenum approved the new composition of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan and of the editorial board of the Bulletin of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Plenum also considered individual cases.
